Billing & Payments

Payments on SMM STRIDE are processed using a secure and verified payment gateway, with no sensitive financial information being input through our website. By purchasing our services you are explicitly agreeing that you clearly understand and agree to what you are purchasing and will not file a fraudulent dispute via PayPal, credit card or debit card institution. Furthermore, you have authorization to use the credit card, debit card, PayPal account or any other payment source used to make the purchase. Upon a fraudulent attempt to file a dispute or chargeback, we reserve the right, if necessary, to reset all followers and likes, terminate your account and/or permanently ban your IP address. Users acknowledge chargebacks, disputes, or payment reversals will not be carried out prior to discussing the situation with our support team.

Refund Policy

There are no refunds after a deposit was made. There is no way to reverse it. You must use your balance to execute orders on SMM STRIDE. You agree to the fact that once a payment is completed, you will not open dispute or a chargeback against SMM STRIDE. If you file a dispute or chargeback, we reserve rights to cancel your all future orders, ban you from SMM STRIDE and remove all social media services delivered to you. We will not allow fraudulent activity such as stolen credit cards, unauthorized activity on our website and such accounts will be suspended.

Service Delivery

All orders are processed automatically within the specified timeframe. There are no refunds for completed orders. If you are placing duplicate link while one is already in process then it'll be your loss, as they will overlap the numbers and there's no refunds for such orders will be made. Any order in which our support team is not able to check the counts (i.e. services like story views, live views etc.) will be requiring screenshot for refund/refill.

We cannot guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted or error-free operability of the services. It is the sole responsibility of the customers to ensure their accounts are set to public during their use of the SMM STRIDE service. Any downtime of service in relation to a client changing their profile to private will not result in any payment reimbursement for that period of time.

Prohibited Content

We do not allow services for content that contains or promotes:

  • Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
  • Adult or sexually explicit content
  • Copyrighted material without proper permission or authorization
  • Violence, threats, or dangerous activities
